Refund policy

<p>We want you to love your Tidy Tucka set. If something isn't right, we're here to help.</p>

<h2>Change of Mind Returns</h2>
<p>We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.</p>
<p>To start a return, email us at sales@tidytucka.com.au with your order number and reason for return.</p>

<h2>Faulty or Damaged Items</h2>
<p>If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.</p>

<h2>Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law</h2>
<p>Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.</p>

<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.</p>
